My iPad is coming this weekend. Thanks to my aunty from US. She will be bring it back for me! I got the 64gb WIFI edition.

The first challenge I have (which every ipad owner has) is the MicroSIM problem. iPad only fits small sim card (in terms) of size. A few search on google, landed me on some really useful information.

haven't been writing for a while. I think every since I moved to SG, weekdays i will be busy working while weekend i will be busy going back to JB/KL. Been doing that for the past 15 months. Yes, its been 15 months since i moved here last Feb. How issit like? Well nothing much besides work and the exchange rates. oh yeah.. and shopping. lots of shopping. Sad to say i am still working for money and not getting the money to work for me yet. well, things will change very soon.

a big hug to my gf who has been taking good care of me since day one. Every since we move the the current HDB, she has been busy setting up her empire in the kitchen. I'll give her cooking skills 3.5 stars. yeah.. not too bad u know. her powerdul soup... dark soya sause chicken.. sambal chilli mix seafood.... "mee sua" soup... "kao bark" bee hon just to name a few. i am not a guinea pig in form but trust me, those are good cooking!

this is not me :)

Staying in this tiny island helps me alot interm of ppl management. I m not gonna start complaining about the ppl here again.. but all i would say is.. Thank you...

AXS Machine

Above is an AXS machine. I curi the picture from somewhere else. Damm jakun, i m now sharing my first experience with AXS machine. Basically it's a machine for your to make all sorts of payment, from government related stuff to your utilities, phone bill, broadband bill, top-up ur ezlink, credit card bills and alot alot more! it is very convenient i must say. u can find one at many corners ard the island. For my, i use AXS to pay my credit card bill. To be honest, i am so used to pay everything via internet banking. However, when i check inside out of the DBS internet banking and i even call up the helpdesk to see if i am able to pay via DBS my UOB credit card ( i just got myself a card after 9 month in Sillypore!), but NO! they best way is via GIRO transfer or issue some kind of check and it cost me SGD30 dollars.. silly right? but I can actually do that via Maybank2u with only MYR 2 for inter-banking. So i went to the AXS machine near my office to make my payment. So i
1. select payment type
2. insert credit card
3. insert my ATM card
4. key in my pin
5. payment done!

simple yah!

but the sad part is I have to queue to use the machine, when i can do everything via a few clicks on maybank2u. I think the local bank should look into a cheaper interbank transfer.

"I dunno" - this term is very much overuse in my current working environment. suprising, everyone seems to have this phrase carried along in their daily conversation. i m very much referring to people i work with daily in my office. Such a irresponsible phrase wash away all the responsibilities and drawing a very clear line in between. Never expected that i can landed myself in such a situation.

Please, if you come to me with a question, i m not expecting u to tell me the answer. but please dont come with I dunno! bring some of your findings or investigation that you have done prior engaging me! Wat? not your scope so u dunno? Are u living in your own world? Being so experience in your field and with so many years of working experience, do u walk to someone with your "i dunno"? cummon, be realistic! come to me with a some suggestion or facts that you have, then i will follow up from there! i will try my best assist for sure my dear colleagues!

He left us on 26 Jun 2009, due to after cardiac arrest. Although police & forensic as still continuing on the investigation on the actual reason behind. Watever it is, rest in peace, Mic! Your music & moves will stay with us forever.

2. Patrick Swayze (57)

1952 - 2009

Remember the movie Dirty Dancing and Ghost? yeah, he is the one. Died after a nearly two-year battle with pancreatic cancer.

3. Farrah Fawcett (62)

1947 - 2009

The '70s style icon and star of "Charlie's Angels passed away following a long battle with anal cancer on the June 25th, 2009.

1955 - 2009

Passed away on August 27, 2009 again after battling with lung cancer. U can catch him on any gangsters movies and he is definitely the expert on protray the bad guy in any show.

BUT.. wait a minute... nope, she is not going SA anymore. She gave up her crown.

Food is all about deliciousness. Who cares where it is originated and whether it is authentic? How true the statement is. My view on this is pretty neutral, i don't care where is it originally from, as long as the food is good and tasty, then is good food lah. If you have time to spare, you can dig the origin on it. But need to tell the press about plant to claim This Dish & That Dish belongs to Malaysian. So if it's patent (is that possible?) it, can you imagine paying copyright in the future for every nasi lemak that you ate? If unnecessary to make a mountain out of a molehill.

Mixed feeling on that however, if we Malaysian would like to claim, claim it as "Penang Asam Laksa", "Ampang Yong Tou Fu" or "Klang Ba Ku Teh", rather that generalise it as "Chilli Crab", which in turn could stir more debates on it. The term "hijacked our food" might seems to heavy. Being part of Asia, our culture & tradition is very close to each other when it comes to food, language, custome, costume etc. If pretty hard to draw the line clear.

On the flip side, SG press seems to be over reacted by covering the front page of local papers, magnifying the issue. Cummon, u got better things to put on your frontpage right? They are just taking everyone single opportunity to taruh us. Again, that is unnecessary.

Come to think of it, what will PAS has to say if we declare Ba Kut Teh as national food? :P

1. We have the Tallest Twin Tower building the the world.

2. We have enormous big piece of land for major development

3. Penang Bridge - The longest bridge in Asia and 5th largest in the world. They even organize marathon even every year!

4. We have dedicate F1 racing track. We need not any road closure 2-3weeks before the race. hehe..

5. We have own very own natural resources

6. We still preserve a huge piece of natural environment/forest. The natural trees and forests cover almost three quarters of the land and almost the entire UK!

7. We have beautiful islands in the country. Redang, Perhentian, Sipadan, Lang Tengah -> no name a few. Sipadan - top 10 dive spot in the world.

8. Our food are better then theirs!

9. We drink clean water, they drink "new" water.

10. Our law enforcer always willing to give us a "second chance" !

in fact there are more. these are just a few that came across my mind.

Iphone 3G? Hold your horses

Hello.. yes, hold your horses. Always wanted to write this but I was too commited to my job. wat to do? times are bad. have to work hard & smart at the same time.

nway, Maxis is now the sole teleco that bundles their plan with Apply iPhone. Not something new anymore. But, the 3rd generation iPhone 3.0 software is coming. with even better and more promising build in tools (revise of current SMS disadvantages), slimmer in design (close to ipod touch), better cameras (for god sake), video camera tools, faster performance than previous generation and most importantly.. MMS ! omg.. thats wat been missing all this while man.

interms on compatibility, I m not sure if upgrade of software is possible with the limitation of the existing hardware.

iPhone 3.0 software is said to be released mid of 2009.

Ok.. heres the view from my hotel. picture taken using my boo's olympus camera :)

been staying there for the pass 26 days. breakfast is getting bored. the never change the selection at all. the Nasi lemak will sit at the right place every single day. Yawn... the only the change daily is the soup. but then again, they swap between Seafood soup & Pork Rib soup... then seafood again.. then pork ribs again. lol.

Good news is i found a nice room that fits all my requirements (except for the location). Y is that a good news? Coz i been moving NSEW everywhere, all sorts of rooms, all kinds of people i met, its extremely tiring & scary. There was this one unit location of top of "mini shopping complex" by the name Kovan Center. ZOMG, the place is super dodgy, fully partition rooms, sharing 2 common toilets, with more than 12 rooms & ppl from at least 4 countries. The smell of the unit is unbearable. And the agent (an Indian from India) was trying to convince us to take the unit, but we left in like 5 mins? very very bad experience...

Work wise, it a brand new beginning for me. everything starts from ZERO here. very steep learning curve. see, there is always a price to pay for big career change. BTW, i am no longer doing IT here but moving to errm.. should i say oil & gas or shipping or scheduling or supply chain. a lil bit of everything i would say. Let talk about that next time.

I should have more time to blog when i moved to the permanent place & my broadband setup.

First, I need to explain what is ASQ. it was ATQ for the past ten years. yes, i am talking about the Astro Talent Quest. rename after 10 years? i guess what really happen was they finally realise ATQ cant really make it. The misconception of the word Talent vs Star. do you look for a artiste with talent or star quality. of course in every competition, people are hoping to find a Star with talent kinda contestant. but i think Astro failed terribly last year. why? See... le me present you the winner of ATQ 2007.

ok.. back to the topic. ASQ vs 星光帮. btw, the result is 2 - 3. 3 goes to 星光帮. here are my analysis.

too panic. i dont think her voice is special either. not sure why she was sent to taiwan. She sang Love Love Love... but i dont feel love at all. PK Failed.

she chose a wrong song. "shi lian wu zui". in Msia, maybe can.. but in taiwan, this song is too famous, too many contestant chosen the song before. even last week's pk (the old lady that beat Sugie) also sang that song. That song is Taiwan's 3rd anthem (after gary's pei pan). Her rendition is not powerful enough. PK Failed.

He did a self compose rap (so so only) + abit of singing (mumbling) again, i dunno why he was sent there. yeah, he can dance very well.. i mean his popping skills is good.. but then a singing competition, is still about singing. i dunno why he was given 18points and pk-ed the cute baby of 星光 3 :( sad... but still, i m not very impress with his vocal. and he look kinda cocky. if you watch Astro's battle ground. then u know why. PK Success!

Lin Kin Fai's sister. Good vocal. although she failed to showcase her "dolphin voice". her suara pecah in the tunnel.. i repeated twice :). manage to hit 20 points (the only 1 from Msia). good job & good soing choice. suit her vocal so well. i think she got her brother to thanks a well. he must been a good mentor to her. she will be back again this week. lets see what happen. PK Success! must be humble ok, babe?!

too much of 'crying vocal'. over using it is weird. errm... doesn't impress me much. not sure why she is there as well. PK Failed.

Looking forward for next episode. Top 5 will be born :)

I would say David Cook's performance is much more matured compare to David Archuleta. Probably is the age (17). No doubt both are good singer, but I still think Cook outshine Archuleta in terms of his dare devil act of remaking most of the song he sang, the rocker spirit he has in his body, his look, his talent playing guitar.. omg, he almost perfect.

For Archuleta, he is cute, high-school-guy-next-door thingy is there and he can sing. from the last home coming show, u can see lots of xiaomeimei is the peminat, he might just snatch the title thanks to votes from his super crazy xiaomeimei is fans. But Cook also ok mah, out of the 3, his had the most crowd, almost filled the entire stadium.

Top 3 for sure. she can sing, can compose. Her performance on the previous episode was stunning, getting highest overall score right now. definitely in my top 3 list.

林芯儀

She is also on my top 3 list. Her vocal is very powerful even way back in season 3. last episode, judges was saying she is back! the real 芯儀 is back. I hope to see more powerful performance from her. something different.. something more attractive.

He is also on my top 3. i m expecting more from him LA dude. Something explosive might be coming from him. not forgetting he is good looking mah rite?

got for iphone for 3 weeks now. didn't do anything on the first week. busy changing shitty stuff for my client. *sigh*. then spend some time to get it work. yes, i m using is right now.

things to work on first when u get the phone
1. u start to find your way to unlock the phone
2. u having a big headache when u r not on outlook 2003 & above. How am i suppose to move my contact?
3. u need some time too to learn how to use it. from traditional phone to pda and now this MAC pda (shall i call it this way??) is never easy.

i'm impress with the
-user interface is much much better that WM6
-i can see better picture quality on the phone
-pre-installed safari browser is fantastic, browsing website on phone never be the same again.
-the processor is faster & overall phone responding faster than my HTC
-didnt hug since day one. well, HTC (on WM6)... u know the answer..

problem i have so far
-limited bluetooth caps for data transfer. i think Apple limited this feature. will find out more.
-is kinda heavy compare to other phones in the market
-u might need a converter cos the plug is for US. or stick to USB.
-only support Outlook 2003 & above..

still waiting for my office system to migrate to Windows Vista. firstly, lets welcome a new member to my family... my brand new bumper.. or some call it "bomba". Some idiot bang my car and left without a note. yeah, i must me dreaming, where can u find someone that will leave their contact after hiting your car hard & cause such a damange?

i felt so like screaming KNNCCB but... i calm myself down.. its the 1st day of 2008. wat a great way to start new year..

2 week back, i got it fixed in JB and its now just like brand new :)

i also fixed the a little hole at the front door that was knock by a bike. a kid, i supposed without driving license bang it straight on my door. looking innocence & panic, i let him go. that was almost 1 year ago. then follow by another green mark i got on the passenger door at the back. that was my fault, talking on the phone while driving...

and now.....

tada ! now sui sui already... but damange done was RM 400.

talking about my trip back to JB, its been a few year (6 ??) that i never do any CNY shopping with my family. i always remember when i was a kid, my dad will brings us to The Store (last time Giant or Jusco haven't exist yet), that's the store that we always go for CNY shopping. i love to do CNY shopping with my family.

being a kid, getting to shop for your favourite junk fruit & drinks for CNY is heaven. those were the days where we always look forward for CNY, shopping for our favourite makan makan, getting new clothings and gettings lots of angpow. i love being a kid, don't you?

two items that i will never missed last time is

ok... the direct translation is "Big White Rabbit Milk Sweet" and the other one next to it is a sweet with a prown logo.. i don't really know the name.. hahaha

Going back to the same old place to do CNY shopping really brings back lots of good old memories. but, dad wasn't with us this time. he was out with his friends. but we got 2 new joiners.

Being 'heng tai' for Bryan wasn't easy. It was my first 'heng tai' 's exprience, with lots of involvement from stag nite, fetching the bride, photo shooting, wedding dinner and post wedding dinner party. i have to say that i enjoy myself very much through out the event. A brand new exprience for me to have a taste of how to run a wedding from A to Z. Yeah, it's exhausting both physically & $$$ :)

Bali in a nutshell

I am trying to sumarize my bali trip of 3 - 6 October. Yeah, its been a while, i m back tracking now.. lets see how much i can recall.

Uluwatu
This place, some claim it has the most beautiful sunset. well, i think not too bad. We were busy juggling around the beautiful sunset while enjoy a traditional dance call "Kecak" dance.

Btw, be very careful with your belongings coz the monkeys out there tend to snatch your stuff like neckalce, sunglasses etc. and then u have to pay the local to get back your stuff from the monkeys. strange but true. About the dance, yeah, something unique that u dont get to see here. at the same time, i also enjoy the view of being surrounded by so many japanese ~~chicks~~ for the first time. i would say, 60 -70% of the audience were japs!

Done some shopping there. Price was way cheaper compare to phuket. Of coz we took lots of pictures at the so famous temple. And some say its a must visit place.

babi guling
How can you miss the famous babi guling of Bali? I didnt get to the the whole babi (pig) but it was serve in a nasi lemak style and the babi guling as presented in the satay style along with the other parts of the pig such as the intestine. I love it alot!

Nusa Dua
We also spent a morning a nusa dua with parsailing & paragliding. I paid RM 50 for paragliding. something that i always wanna try :) We also get ourself some tattoos hehehe.. poser lah. after getting 1 for my forearm and the other on my harm, i paid RM 40 bucks. hmm.. come to think of it, kinda sohai also.

Bounty Hotel
Ok, thats the hotel i stayed for 4 nites. Worth mentionging is the pool is open 24hrs, u can swim whenever u want. It very much occupied by Aussies and we are the only 2 rooms of occupants from Asian. amazing ah.

Kuta Beach
The beachis 15 minutes walking from our hotel. The beach is filled with surfers from all over the world, some pros, some noobs. others just swiming around, playing with the wave like us:)

Volcano
We had one of our lunch at the restaurant with the volcano view. The picture will tell u how near we are to the volcano. When nothing happen, it just like a mountain. nothing much. The buffet lunch coz RM 60. Nothing to shout about the food. so so only lah. You can opt for cheaper restaurant if you happen to drop by. You can also sign up for the

Volcano tracking where u get to do activities like cooking eggs by buring in the soil. But you have to get up as early as 2AM in the morning to start tracking. Superheroes like Shen + WaiMeng did that. memang heroes.

Private Beach
On the last day, the drivers also brought as to a so called private beach, only for the hotel residence only at nusa dua. walk ard , check out the scenery. It very quite compare to Kuta.

Indonesian Massage
I pay RM 200 for a Indonesian Massage. I was quite reluctant to go coz i know i get the same thing with much lower price in Malaysia. but wat to do, there d, just try lah!

Bakso
Some local food that u hafta try besides the babi guling. Some kind of noodle soup with their special soup. it's only RM 1.50 if i am not mistaken. We also order some fried chicken coz Harnyng said, Indonesia can fried chicken very well!

Clubbing
Last but not least. Of coz go clubbing lah. I went for 2 nites only. the other nites were very tired, sitting in the car, going around the places. If you remember the Bali bombing incident, the memorial park is located in the junction of the road.

For 2 nites, we went to Bounty Disco. Thats bcoz the other clubs were empty. hahaha. well, its week days so wat do u aspect lah.

On the way back, we were approach by people offering young girls, magic mushroom. I was wondering wtf is magic mushroom, until they to me it's somekind of drugs. ahh.. lets not talk about that.

Pasar Ubud
We also did some shopping at pasar ubud. i bought some t-shirts there for 30 bucks for 4 :P

Hard Rock
We also visited Hard Rock Bali. Had our last dinner in Bali there. The price is relatively cheaper than KL i would say.

Jimbaran Seafood
Ok.. seafood here is not cheap. It mainly for tourist and is more expensive compare to Msia. It's all about the ambience... having seafood on the beach... together with the wave while serenade by the music.

ok. Bali. been there, done that. I would go back again probably in a more relaxing manner becoz the tourist attraction is dispersed in different locations. It took quite a while to travel here and there. see u gain bali !

Linkin Park Live @ Sg Indoor Stadium 13/11/2007

my SGD 154 is definitely paid off. I was there in the Stadium Merdeka 2003. And now 2007 but this time in Singapore! OMFG ! the concert is super awesome! i dunno how to describe is. the opening was abit chaotic when everyone start pushing each other.

My other gang was there as early as 4pm to secure some good place. I manage to make it there at about 6, just in the queue. The concernt commenced ard 9pm. Imagine the amount of time waiting! It's like a big KARAOKE session with all the LP fans through ut the concernt! I have lots of fun the nite. They sing almost 20 songs from the old albums and almost all from MTM. One of the best concert i attended so far.

Coincidently i found this on youtube. The concert back in 2003 @ Merdeka Stadium with a sold of crowd of 50,000 people. Got so many meh? Actually, i dont think so lah :P

A last minute invitation by Kaiwen brings me to Hennessy Artistry at Aloha (dont boo about the place, i went for Gary) and Gary Chao happened to perform there on the 23/10/2007. This is the first time i experience his live singing talent sooo close! HE IS DAMM GOOD LAH I TELL U! Although only 4 songs, but he managed to melt everyone's heart. Here's the video.

I think i m gonna skip leehom concert from now on. I went to his concert for 2005, sneak peak @ Sunway Lagoon (under the rain sumore) in 2006 and another concert in 2006. sigh... If Gary Chao is having a concert, I will definitely get the VIP seats!

He is now my idol. I wanna sing with him! Go Gary Go! You made Malaysian proud!

Background

Terry Fox was 18 years old when he was diagnosed with bone cancer. His right leg was amputated above the knee. Whilst in hospital, Terry was so moved by the suffering of cancer patients, particularly children, that he resolved to run across Canada (a distance of 8,500 kilometers) to raise money for cancer research. He called his journey the “Marathon of Hope”.

Terry Fox, an amputee, ran a marathon (42 kilometers) a day for 143 consecutive days - a total distance of 5,373 kilometers. At that stage, Terry was forced to abandon his run as the cancer spread to his lungs. Terry Fox died at the tender age of 21. Before he died, he knew that a fund-raising event would be held each year, with the same objectives as the Marathon of Hope - to help find a cure for cancer.

Since 1981, the Terry Fox Run has raised more than RM1.3 billion in aid of cancer research around the world.

I didn't know it was so close till the release a younger brother for HTC Touch. The new addition to the family is call HTC Touch Dual. The "dual" i believe is referring to the slide keypad or the traditional phone pad. The option given is either u go for the traditional 10-key keypad or the Qwerty model.

It's got the same front face as the HTC Touch, but is slightly thinner.It also comes with a 2-megapixel camera, 3G (HSDPA and GPRS/EDGE), the TouchFlo interface, and all the standard Windows Mobile 6 functions you love from other phones.

It's only available in europe now. Check out the video demomanstration.

getting closer with iphone huh? I m still not sure about the local pricing. but a PDA with 3G capability can easily goes up to RM2.8K. if they can trim the price, i believe it will be selling like hot cakes.

What is The Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction - in its simplest form - states that "like attracts like". Whatever you focus on the most is what will be most attracted to your life. At first glance, that would seem to state that since we all think about being healthy, rich, and having fulfilling lives, that we should all be living happily ever after, right?

Wrong. Although it is true that if we properly focused on those things that they would come to us in abundance, the truth is that most people don't focus on having those things - they focus on the fact that they DON'T have those things!

So, going back to the definition of the Law of Attraction - "like attracts like". If all you ever do is think about how much you wish you were healthy, or how much you wish you were rich, or how much you wish you were happy, do you know what the Universal Law of Attraction will bring you? You guessed it - a life full of wishing you had all of those things.

The only way to attract what you desire in life is to allow yourself to understand what it would feel like to have what you want, to allow yourself to believe that you will have it, that you deserve it, and by focusing on those positive feelings and beliefs on a consistent basis.

It seems way too simple to be true, right? It is hard for you to believe that just by thinking about having a new car that you will get one. You can't grasp the fact that by just thinking about getting promoted at work that it will happen. You refuse to believe that by feeling positive about your life, that your fulfilling life will come to pass.

So, let's see if you have been paying attention. If you believe that it's not possible to get that car, that promotion, or that fulfilling life, guess what you are attracting with the Universal Law of Attraction? That's right - NOT having those things!

In order to invoke the Law of Attraction for positive gain, you must visualize the things that you want, feel in your heart what it will be like to have them, and believe that you will get them. It really is just that simple! However, after spending decades of our lives being taught to "work hard for what we want", we can't bring ourselves to believe that anything less than hard work will bring those things into our lives.

Now, don't misunderstand. The Law of Attraction is not "magic". You won't manifest material goods or personal success simply by thinking about them. However, the Universe WILL provide methods for you to gain those things, and hard work may or may not be part of that equation.

For that reason, it is important for you to remember that you have to be aware. When you train your mind to send out the positive emotional vibrations into the Universe that will bring these things to you, the Universe WILL answer. However, if you aren't paying attention, you will not be home when Opportunity comes knocking at your door!

The Law of Attraction is not some sort of mystical mumbo-jumbo, but rather scientific fact. The key is in knowing how to use that science, and the consistent application of those scientific principles.

After one bad experience of forgetting an telecon that was held at night after office hours, I have decided to get myself a pda phone. I need my important emails & calendars (and also games :P) to be in my pocket anytime anywhere.

I was looking at 02, dopod and even asus at first when I was in Singapore the other weekend. 02, cool but overprice. Asus, cool functionality (name card reader it’s awesome) compare to others but it’s too bulky. Dopod is boring. When I am shopping ard 1U ( I bet you know which shop by now), I was being introduce to a very cool phone. It’s non other that HTC Touch™.

Whats not so cool about the phone
- it doesn’t comes with flash. So you cant take photo in the cluc
- it’s not a 3G phone. I don’t fancy 3G. wi-fi is good enough for me. It’s also one of the reason why it is smaller & cheaper compare to pda with 3G capability.
- slower processor compare to others of the same price. I just need my outlook and calendar, so it’s still alright to me. If you are hardcore user, I won’t recommend this phone. Btw, it’s proven that TI's OMAP™ 850 has longer talk time compare to other PDA with Intel Procesor.
- no GPS. There’s only pre-install software to connect to external GPS device

After all, its just a PDA phone, don’t expect it to perform what a core 2 duo processor can do. According to JJ, HTC = dopod. Not very sure on that but HTC definitely came out with a very fantastic user experience phone. Well, it might still take some time for iphone to reach our shore. Currently u can get it in US but the phone is tied to AT&T network so u cant use the phone on local telco unless you bring your phone to lowyatt for some tweak. Hence, I m giving TouchFLO a shot. Definitely a good buy.

Thats the time i clocked for Adidas NPE King Of The Road (KOTR) 10K run (category F). yeah i conquered KOTR but i didnt beat the qualify time of 50mins. sigh.. but i think is a good start..if you need excuse, i can tell u. i was at Mystique, Cineleisure the night before for Joyce birthday. haha... excuse as i said :)

come to think of it, its my first open running event (i wont call it marathon, coz marathon would mean a complete 42km run). I think the last time i took part in such event with so many people would be the "Merentas Desa" event during the secondary school. haha. more than 10 years ago man.

my running vest 1815.. no, i didnt buy that number? I did supply myself with 1 pack of power gel as you can see... well, just incase i puncture.

so good to see the finishing line..

After the run... can die wey...

next, i will go for another 1 most likely in September. Believe me, some of my colleagues go for open running like this almost everyweekend, everywhere around Malaysia. memang semangat wey. For myself, I will continue my weekly running ard Taman Tasek Cyberjaya and hopefully by end of this year, i can compete for one 1/2 marathon (21km) at least.

Inter-D Games

This is my 3rd Inter-D games. Yesterday, we wraps up everything with the Inter-D closing ceremony. Not as much people as we had for the opening, but then we r still the stongest and the louded team :) This year, shREDder emerge as the overall champion! we were the champion for more than 10 games this time around, one of the biggest win so far. great job shredderians!

Inter-D is always the time were u go out, meet new friends, work together with people from different team, networking, enjoy the game & have lots of fun. This day i was in the foosball team (captian.. cheewah!), volleyball, athletics (4 x 400M) and pool (reserved). Results?

Attended their wedding dinner at Sunway Resort Hotel on the 02.07.2007. I was there not only to share the joy but also to meet up with some friends. Some very early friends that i met when i came to KL. The group of friends i met through doxob. And wat to do, it's tan sri wedding mah, sure hafta give face lah. the nite also feature some heavyweight from the local design,art,music industry. nvm, i am lazy to name each of them. Great venue & ambience for wedding dinner. its a good choice. Another great movie by the Koreans. It now 2nd on my list after "My Sassy Girl". I would have to push "Too Beautiful To Lie" to no 3. keke. Story line is simple, how a fat lady with great vocal, when through a series of surgery to turn herself into a beauty in the name of love. the movie is endearingly sad ending. catch it in the cinema with some tissue paper. Great movie always accompanied by great OST + great actress.

the Linkin Park new album "Minutes to Midnight" is slated to be released on the 15 May if i m not mistaken (i heard that on Hitz.fm) The first single "What I've Done" hits radio on April 2 and i believe you have listened it over the national radio. but then when i check out the local dvd stores, guess wat.. its available now ! the complete album! wat a shame :(

yeah, i was pretty upset. hell no! i didnt buy from them. they can dup any artiste but y linkin park lah they! After fours years from the last album, and 14 months in the studio, yielded about 150 rough songs and finally.. "Minutes to Midnight" is ready but it takes seconds to be available at local dvd stalls.

Can someone do something to stop this? this is not healthy...

some say i m gay go watch LeeHom concert. haha.. but who cares. i enjoy going concert, especially those i can sing along most of the song. LeeHom is one of them for sure as i know most of his song. but then, to my disappointment, this time around not much differences interms of song selection (he did sing few "new" song for the Hero On Earth album), performance kinda similiar to the one at genting. he still play multiple instruments to show his talent. not much different from his genting concert back in 2005. yeah.. i was there. and the best part was JJ appear to be the special guest and the cross sing each other's song. now thats something new & i enjoy very much. JJ live singing skills was indeed very good!

but then again his voice, talent & charm still send lots of girls in the concert to heaven & instant orgasm.

This year we did something special. We had a karaoke session with aunts/uncles/cousins. I was the project manager, doing price comparison, logistic, reservation etc etc and the project was a success. never failed when it comes to party eh.

we had so much fun and decided to make it a yearly event! they get so high till start dancing cha~cha in the room:P

the night was exchange between golden hits to latest tracks you can think of. and they love it when the younger gens sing golden hits.

After visiting on the 3rd Day of Lunar new year, we went to steamboat restaurant in a big bunch once again.

The Garden Steamboat & Cafe. Taman Pelangi Indah.

The concept is similiar to the one in Sunway. All you can eat style. but then you dont have to worry about parking, they got ample of space there. it's a new restaurant just open before CNY.

besides my family, clubbing is essential during CNY as well. went out drinking with friends couple of nite. this club called Dolce, arghh.. i till u, i never like this place. lots of ppl, fighting, bad ventilation! i m gonna ban this place. the open air minum place concept outside is much better.

That's why i always enjoy CNY holidays, where my friends and family gets together!

Kindalike madonna - hang up + old skool Sammi Cheng's song (which later make popular by fengtao clubs world wide :P ), i believe this song will (or already) follow the fengtao footsteps.

nonetheless, i still support her. coz she is non other that Elva Hsiao. it's been 3 years she didn't come out with new album. And for this new MV, she injured herelf after excessive dancing. poor baby..

Its already the fourth fifth day of CNY, i am still in JB, trying to spend more precious & quality time with my family. Hmm.... sometimes i feel quite sad coz i was not able stay in JB for longer period as i have my career in KL. is that a bad choice? lets not to be too emo. its a CNY entry !

The CNY celebration started earlier in the office with all the teams setting up different kind of decorationin the office which is fantastic. being a very traditional guy, i always love CNY ! its the
festival that i most look forward. some pics taken in the office..

The DNI team also arrange a CNY celebration thingy in the office to usher the lunar new year. They brought in the Lion Dance group. To our suprise, they were late! these people were late !!!! can u imagine everyone waiting for the lion dance? and.. the best part of the story... they forget to bring their symbols, only came with their drums. hahahah.... Cyberjaya must be too far for them and makes them so blur. I asked one of the guy and he said its in another lorry. hmm... they started their performance with only the drums.

Back to jb. i went to Sis's shop in Tebrau to pass her some CNY gifts with my mum on the CNY eve. OK, some advertisment.. hehee.. feel free to check out her shop (or her in-laws' shop) at tebrau. THe famous "Ba Gua" shop in JB. "Xin Dong Fang Rou Gan". some said in Singapore & Batam also.. hahaha.. according to my sis, during pre CNY, people queue till 3 shops aways. famous or not? aiseh..

then i got my first angpow from the MPJB.

Saman RM30 for not displaying parking coupon. *&&*()_@)(*&^&*() . they should opt for the ticket system by MBSJ. i dont even know where to get park coupon. silly me.

A nite we have the regular Steamboat session. From what i know, its the teochew tradition to have steamboat on the eve on CNY. This will continue for my own family in future i guess :)

can u see my dad's tummy. i think i was inherited. kekekeke... that's one of my new year resolution, i need to go gym more oftena and transform the 1 big pack to 6 or maybe 8 ? :P we have fish slice, fish ball, pork, vege, fish maw, prawn, squid, etc.. all in bigger size compare to those in the restaurant :)

Gtg now... going for a Dinner with my family. Will be back to Sunway this saturday.
