1. Transport system is well planned & organized.
but the ERP are expensive!

2. their GOV build lots of HDB for the people
but the houses are over priced!

3. their Authorities take speedy action
thats bcoz the people love to complain

4. Their currency are "bigger" than MY
which is why I am there

5. They got nice Pepper Crab!
the chef are from MY :P

6. their shopping malls are concentrated and inter-link
ok..we got Bukit Bintang as well

7. They got faster broadband
but "downloading" is strictly prohibited

8. People here are highly educated.
Thats bcoz u cant get a decent well paid job if u dont have any paper. Throw a stone, u will easily hit a MBA.

9. Generally speaks good english
small population speaks with ang mo slang.. sigh

10. Cars are way cheaper than malaysia..
but u have to pay Certificate Of Entitlement aka COE. see the latest pricing here
